"Booking" means a reservation made for one or more of our tours or services.
"Guest" means any person participating in a tour or service booked through City Rocker Tours.
"You" means the person making a booking or using our website or services.
"Tour" means any tour, activity, experience, or related service offered by City Rocker Tours.
"Service" means our website, tours, booking services, and related services.
"Booking Platform" means the Bókun booking system used to process and manage bookings.
"Third-Party Provider" means a guide, subcontractor, supplier, affiliate, payment provider, or other third party involved in providing or facilitating a service.
3. Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing our website, making a booking, or participating in a tour, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You also acknowledge our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use personal information.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use our website or book our services.
4. Eligibility and Children
Our tours may be booked by adults travelling with children.
The person making a booking must be 18 years of age or older and must have the legal authority to make the booking and accept these Terms on behalf of all members of their group.
Children may participate in tours where the particular tour permits children to attend, but children may not independently make bookings or use our services without an accompanying parent, legal guardian, or responsible adult.
Certain tours may have age restrictions or other requirements. Any such restrictions will be communicated in the relevant tour description or booking information.
You are responsible for ensuring that all members of your group meet the requirements applicable to the tour you book.
5. Tour Bookings
Bookings are made through our online booking system, which is powered by Bókun.
When you submit a booking, you are making a request to purchase the selected tour or service.
A booking is considered confirmed when the booking process has been successfully completed and you receive a booking confirmation.
You are responsible for ensuring that the information provided during the booking process is accurate and complete.
This includes:
- Guest names
- Email address
- Telephone number
- Number of guests
- Tour date and time
- Dietary requirements
- Special requests
- Any other information necessary to provide the service
If you provide information about other members of your group, you confirm that you are authorized to provide that information.
6. Booking Platform and Payment
Bookings are processed through Bókun, which is an external booking platform operated by Tripadvisor LLC.
Bókun processes and manages booking information on our behalf.
Payments are processed through the Bókun booking system using Stripe as the payment service provider.
City Rocker Tours does not intend to store your full payment card details directly.
Payment processing is subject to the applicable terms and policies of the payment service providers.
A booking may not be confirmed until the required payment has been successfully processed.
If a payment fails, is reversed, charged back, or is otherwise not successfully completed, we may cancel or suspend the booking.
7. Prices
Prices displayed on our website represent base service rates applicable at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. Rates may adjust based on group size. We reserve the right to change prices for future bookings.
Once a booking has been confirmed, the price applicable to that confirmed booking will not change unless you request additional services or modifications. Applicable booking platform processing fees, currency conversion adjustments, and local taxes (approx. 1.5%) will be itemized and added during the checkout process.
8. Cancellations, Changes, and Refund
Standard Cancellation Policy
Unless otherwise specified in a tour’s specific booking details, our standard cancellation terms are as follows:
- Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled tour start time: Eligible for a refund of the full amount paid, minus a 5% non-refundable payment processing fee.
- Cancellations made between 7 days and 72 hours before the scheduled tour start time: Eligible for a refund of the full amount paid, minus a 10% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled tour start time: Strictly non-refundable (a 100% cancellation fee applies).
- No-Shows: If you do not attend your scheduled tour ("no-show"), your booking is non-refundable.
Optional Enhanced Refund Terms
During checkout on our website, you may be offered the choice to purchase Enhanced Refund Terms (administered by Protect Group) as an optional extra for an additional fee:
- If you opt into Enhanced Refund Terms, you may apply for a 100% refund directly through Protect Group for eligible emergency circumstances (such as unforeseen illness, severe travel disruptions, or adverse weather) up to or after the tour date.
- Enhanced Refund Terms are administered entirely by Protect Group under their specific terms and conditions. If you choose not to purchase this optional protection, your reservation remains strictly subject to our standard cancellation policy outlined above.
Booking Changes
If you need to request a date or time change for your booking, please contact us as early as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request, but changes remain subject to guide availability and may incur additional charges or adjusted cancellation conditions.
Where exceptional circumstances apply, we may consider requests for changes or refunds on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
9. Cancellation or Changes by City Rocker Tours
We reserve the right to cancel, modify, postpone, or reschedule a tour where reasonably necessary.
Reasons may include:
- Severe weather
- Natural disasters
- Safety concerns
- Government restrictions
- Transportation disruption
- Operational issues
- Illness or unavailability of a guide
- Unavailability of a venue, supplier, or other essential service
- Events or circumstances outside our reasonable control
Where we cancel a tour and you are entitled to a refund, we will provide the applicable refund in accordance with the booking conditions and applicable law.
Where reasonably possible, we may instead offer an alternative date, tour, or arrangement.
Our ability to provide a particular tour may depend on independent guides, subcontractors, venues, transportation providers, restaurants, and other third parties. We will make reasonable efforts to provide the booked service but cannot guarantee that every individual element will always be available.
10. Tour Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that tour descriptions, schedules, meeting points, photographs, prices, and other information on our website are accurate.
However, details may occasionally change because of operational, seasonal, safety, weather, supplier, or other circumstances.
The information provided during the booking process and in your booking confirmation should be considered the most relevant information for your particular reservation.
You are responsible for checking your booking confirmation and any instructions provided before your tour.
11. Guest Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Arrive at the designated meeting point on time
- Follow reasonable instructions from guides and tour staff
- Behave respectfully toward guides, staff, other guests, local residents, venues, and businesses
- Comply with applicable laws and venue rules
- Take reasonable care of your own belongings
- Inform us of relevant dietary requirements or other needs during the booking process
- Follow any safety instructions provided during the tour
If you arrive late, you may miss part or all of the tour.
We are not necessarily able to delay a tour or refund a booking because a guest arrives late.
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate participation where a guest's conduct creates a safety risk, significantly disrupts the tour, threatens or harasses another person, or otherwise makes continued participation unreasonable.
Where participation is terminated for serious misconduct, you may not be entitled to a refund.
12. Dietary Requirements and Special Requests
We welcome information about dietary preferences, allergies, food restrictions, accessibility requirements, and other special requests where relevant to the tour.
You must provide accurate information during the booking process or contact us as soon as possible after booking.
We will make reasonable efforts to communicate relevant requirements to guides, restaurants, suppliers, or other providers involved in your tour.
However, we cannot guarantee that every dietary requirement, allergy, preference, or special request can be accommodated.
If you have a severe food allergy or medical dietary requirement, you should contact us before booking to determine whether the tour is appropriate for you.
You remain responsible for making appropriate decisions about food or other products you consume.
13. Health, Safety, and Physical Requirements
Some tours may involve walking, standing, stairs, uneven surfaces, public transportation, outdoor conditions, alcohol-free or food-related activities, or other physical activities.
You are responsible for determining whether a tour is appropriate for you and members of your group.
You should inform us before the tour of any relevant condition, mobility limitation, or other requirement that may affect your ability to participate safely.
We may be unable to accommodate certain requirements depending on the nature of the tour.
14. Independent Guides and Subcontractors
Some City Rocker Tours services may be delivered with the assistance of independent guides, subcontractors, suppliers, restaurants, venues, transportation providers, or other third parties.
We may provide these providers with relevant guest information necessary to deliver the service you have booked.
We expect our service providers to provide services professionally and in accordance with the arrangements applicable to your booking.
However, certain aspects of a tour may be outside our direct control.
Where a third party is responsible for a particular service, that service may also be subject to the third party's own terms and conditions.
15. Affiliate and Third-Party Services
Our website may contain links to third-party or affiliate websites.
If you choose to use an affiliate or third-party service, your relationship with that provider may be governed by the provider's own terms and conditions.
Where you book directly with a third party through an affiliate link, the third party may collect and process your personal information directly.
City Rocker Tours is not responsible for the operation, availability, content, privacy practices, or terms of third-party websites or services that we do not control.

If you choose to receive promotional communications from City Rocker Tours, we may contact you about tours, offers, events, and related services.
Promotional communications are separate from essential booking and service communications.

You are responsible for your personal belongings during tours.
City Rocker Tours is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
Please take reasonable precautions with valuables and personal property.
25. Events Outside Our Control
We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, changes, or failures to provide services caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

- Strikes

- Public emergencies
- War or civil unrest
- Serious illness
- Infrastructure failures

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce that provision later.

31. Photography & Image Usage
Copyright & Personal License:
City Rocker Tours retains full copyright of all high-resolution images taken during photo sessions. Upon full payment and image delivery, clients are granted a perpetual, non-exclusive, personal-use license. You are free to print, share, download, and publish the delivered images for personal, non-commercial use (including personal social media). Commercial use, resale, or sub-licensing of the images is strictly prohibited without prior written permission.
RAW Files:
We deliver professionally edited, high-resolution JPEG images as specified in your booking package. Unedited or RAW files are not included or delivered.
Marketing & Promotional Use:
City Rocker Tours values your privacy. By default, we reserve the right to display select edited images on our official website, portfolio, social media channels, and promotional materials.
Opt-Out / Privacy Preferences:
If you do not wish for your photos to be used in our marketing materials or social media (especially sensitive sessions such as surprise proposals or private family shoots), simply inform us in writing prior to or on the day of your session. We strictly respect client opt-out requests.
